My Methodology
I have drawn from a variety of sources from leading teachers, scholars and philosophers who have dedicated their lives to leadership development, consciousness and human growth, such as Peter Senge, Daniel Goleman, Fred Kofman and Brené Brown among others.
My coaching education includes a Master’s degree in Coaching Psychology from UNED, as well as further studies in leadership and personal development at Georgetown University and Esade Business School. I also hold the National Handball Coach certification.
The Three Pillars of My Methodology:
- Identity: Every person and team is unique and requires tailored solutions supported by diagnostic tools.
- Approach: To achieve extraordinary results, there are many paths. My method focuses on balancing three key pillars: you as a person, your performance, and your connection with your environment.
- Real Transformation: You must be in order to do, and then have lasting results. It all begins with a solid foundation where we work through limiting beliefs and unproductive behaviours to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
There are no shortcuts or universal solutions but there is a process, designed to foster authentic growth aligned with your personal purpose.
